We find it exciting to think through the classical cuisine time and again and to sharpen up our compositions until they are harmonious and fully developed. In doing so we always focus on the product and not on the latest cooking technique.
The highest quality of the ingredients and the utmost care in the preparation are a matter of course for us – evening by evening, for almost three decades.
